TANGRAM X PONTI Wine Pairing Dinner

TANGRAM will host the “PONTI Wine Pairing Dinner” on June 10. Guests will embark on a culinary journey across regions, savouring 12 selected sparkling wines, rosé, red and white wines in one sitting. For the first time, the dinner will also feature a “free-flow tasting” segment, allowing guests to enjoy a selection of wines between courses while interacting with Mr. HEI CHENG, representative of VINIFERA WINE, sharing each wine’s distinctive character and pairing tips.

The menu has been curated by our restaurant’s Executive Chef, featuring his six signature dishes. From the refreshing shrimp tartare starter to the richly foie gras, and the main course of tender, well-marbled Australian beef tenderloin, each dish is perfectly matched with PONTI wines, creating a memorable harmony of taste.
