Raw Batch No. 3: The Raw category is defined by local organic barley, virgin cask maturation and distinct process that retains the flavor of the grain. It is an intense dark amber colored single malt whisky.
Gin Cask: It is about the story of where Copenhagen Distillery started. The whisky matured for 6 years in a very special cask. The Hungarian oak casks first seasoned with PX Sherry, then seasoned with a mix of two gins (details refer to the menu), finished in 220L Virgin Hungarian oak casks with M+ toast.
Aquavit Cask: The Hungarian oak casks were first used for aging Aquavit with a caraway, fennel, turmeric, and lemon peel aroma. Then the casks were filled with new make and aged for 5.5 years. Finished in virgin casks for a coherent finish.
Negroni Whisky: The Hungarian oak, seasoned with Negroni of classic specs, using the Copenhagen Distillery’s Gin. Dark caramel colour Single Malt Whisky with thick heavy oils in the curtains, syrup-like movement when swirled around.
