Newly appointed Hotel Executive Chef Him Chong presents guests with a brand-new six-course tasting menu. With over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Chong is well-versed in modern French techniques. For him, cuisine bridges cultures — fueling innovation that elevates local dining with passion and heart.

The journey begins with a sweet Shrimp Tartare that awakens the palate, followed by a nostalgic Hong Kong–inspired Foie Gras creation. Paired with highlights such as Beef Tenderloin, the menu unfolds as a thoughtfully orchestrated culinary showcase that delivers a fresh and diverse dining experience.
