His experience at three-Michelin-starred Le Petit Nice Passedat deepened his seafood expertise. In 2016, he moved to Hong Kong, blending French cuisine with Asian aesthetics. With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Fai is a highly accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, renowned for his expertise in five-star hotels. Mr. Ben Bost originally from the Rhône Valley but based in Asia for over 20 years. Having a strong background in hospitality around Asia and a good foothold in the beverage industry, he is the key local representant to make sure the philosophy of each winemaker is dully respected.
