About Chef Hubert Goussard, AKI Hotel Hong Kong – MGallery Collection
Chef Hubert Goussard’s culinary journey began at 15 when he attended cooking school. He trained under Chef Olivier Roellinger at Les Maisons de Bricourt, mastering fresh, seasonal ingredients. His experience at three-Michelin-starred Le Petit Nice Passedat deepened his seafood expertise. In 2016, he moved to Hong Kong, blending French cuisine with Asian aesthetics. At Tangram Bistro & Bar, he creates memorable dining experiences, showcasing innovative dishes while prioritizing authenticity and happiness for his guests.

With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Fai is a highly accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, renowned for his expertise in five-star hotels. He has honed his culinary skills and gained a deep understanding of delivering exceptional service in luxury settings through his roles at esteemed establishments including The Peninsula Tokyo Hotel and The Peninsula Hong Kong Hotel. Drawing on his extensive background in the industry, Chef Fai possesses a keen eye for detail and consistently delivers culinary creations that captivate guests.
About Guest Speaker
Mr. Ben Bost originally from the Rhône Valley but based in Asia for over 20 years. Having a strong background in hospitality around Asia and a good foothold in the beverage industry, he is the key local representant to make sure the philosophy of each winemaker is dully respected.
