A brand-new “Infusion” dining concept comes to TANGRAM‘s table.
Our new French Chef Hubert brings his experience to TANGRAM, the all-day dining restaurant. Trained in Michelin-stars restaurants in France, Chef Hubert wants to innovate and keep his cuisine authentic. He comes up with a collection of “AKI Bowls” food concepts presenting consommé, a type of clear soup from his native region of Normandy. Ingredients are infused for 8 hours of slow cooking to extract rich flavours filling Japanese noodles with a French twist.
