On December 14th, we are delighted to welcome Miss. Jade Lau, one of the most renowned bartenders, to our hotel to create 3 delightful gin cocktails at TANGRAM. Jade will be creating a special menu of cocktails using Ki No Bi Gin, which is made by The Kyoto Distillery, the first dedicated gin distillery in Japan. Kyoto’s history and craftsmanship have inspired the founders to create one of the world’s best gins. Come join us for an unforgettable evening of gin cocktails and fine dining!

One of the featured gins, Ki No Bai, is a rare and limited-edition gin that only has 6,000 bottles produced worldwide. Only 3,000 can be found in Hong Kong and are not selling in the market.

About Jade Lau:
Jade Lau is currently working as the Pernod Ricard Specialty Brands Brand Ambassador in Hong Kong and Macau. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jade first fell in love with the bar-tending world at her first job in 2019. Most recently, she worked as Head Bartender for one of Asia’s Best 50 bars, The Old Man. On an experience side, she was also featured in 2019 as the 2nd runner-up for the International Chinese Baijiu Cocktail Competition and at The Art of Italicus as the 1st runner-up. Jade was also named a 2020 Time Out Bar Award Rising Star.
