Inspired by a love for local tastes, this year Uncle Ming’s Whisky Bar is serving up two special warm cocktails across December, priced at HK$168 per glass, to honour Hong Kong’s comforting winter rituals and festive spice traditions.
Our Special Mulled Wine, a spice-forward warm cocktail, blooms with fresh strawberries, cinnamon, cloves, cognac, and a robust red wine backbone. Mimicking the traditional tonic for vitality, Dried Longan and Red Date Tea travels a gentler path — herbal aromas, soothing, and naturally sweet, with a whisky twist to keep it lively.
